Lolly and Cooks was established in 2008 in Georges Street Arcade, from here we have grown and our business is comprised of Seven Cafes, One Restaurant and a Production Kitchen based in Dublin City Centre.
We are a family run business and we are dedicated to creating and producing artisan food to the highest of quality. Lolly and Cooks was set up by Sister Duo Laragh Strahan and Churpy Strahan. Born in Dublin the Strahan sisters saw the opportunities in Dublin for Lolly and Cooks, the ethos of the business very much stems from the Family Farm where their mother now resides in Ballynotty Co Tipperary, the Sisters spend most of their weekends with their children here. We are grateful that some of our amazing produce comes from the family farm, and love to give our customers the farm to fork experience.
We are proud partners with Love Irish Food and support and use Irish Ingredients and suppliers. All Our meat is 100% Irish, our Fish is caught off Irish Coastal regions. Our Vegetables are mostly grown in Ireland but due to some seasonal produce we have to use produce from outside of Ireland.
