​In his early 20’s Craig Grattan, owner of The Sweet Potato Pizza Company, made a personal lifestyle change. Craig made the decision to become more physically active and more health conscious, especially when it came to the foods in his daily diet. Throughout the years of working out and eating healthy, Craig became more adventurous in his meal planning. Craig experimented one weekend and created a delicious sweet potato pizza base as a healthier substitute for a ‘cheat’ meal.

The mission of the Sweet Potato Pizza Company is to become a staple presence within the frozen sector by creating a more guilt free, nutritious pizza experience. By introducing this nutritious pizza they want to make another forward step in the frozen food revolution.
