She understands the pressure of trying to do and be it all and helps clients find ways to manage. In group workshops and talks, Alison speaks about finding what’s right for you, what you enjoy and what fits in with your life right now. She helps people find an approach to life and work in a sustainable way, leading to a happier and more fulfilled life. Having completed over 40 marathons and ultra-marathons and with a love for the outdoors, Alison brings her lessons learnt for a holistic approach to a good work/life balance.

Elaine Ryan is a Career, Life & Dating coach with A Cuppa Coaching. She has always been fascinated with psychology and human behaviour. She believes everyone has something to offer if they are given the support and encouragement to draw out their key strengths. As well as general life and career coaching, she also runs workshops to help women take charge of their dating lives.
