At Thrive Festival join The Coaching Circle for an interactive panel discussion about self-care, self-belief and resilience. They’ll explain what these topics really mean and through a mix of coaching tools & techniques as well as personal stories, attendees will leave motivated and empowered.

Alison Underwood is a Career & Life Coach at Echo Steps. Her services include working with clients to get unstuck, make changes and build new habits in life and work. She understands the pressure of trying to do and be it all and helps clients find ways to manage. In group workshops and talks, Alison speaks about finding what’s right for you, what you enjoy and what fits in with your life right now. She helps people find an approach to life and work in a sustainable way, leading to a happier and more fulfilled life. Having completed over 40 marathons and ultra-marathons and with a love for the outdoors, Alison brings her lessons learnt for a holistic approach to a good work/life balance.
Clodagh Erasmus is a Career, Life & Executive Coach at Evoke Coaching. She is hugely passionate about seeing people reach their full potential. She spent over fifteen years working in sales and marketing with a diverse range of people, at all levels. She was advising people in their career and life goals naturally before she decided to get the qualifications required to pursue this as a career. She firmly believes that everyone deserves the best out of their lives. She helps her clients figure out what is most important to them by drawing out their current way of thinking and behaviours in order to develop a clear path, focus and vision.
Elaine Ryan is fascinated about everything to do with psychology and human behaviour. She believes everyone has something to offer if they are given the support and encouragement to draw out their key strengths. As well as general life and career coaching, she also helps clients define and develop their own personal brand thanks to her background in Marketing. She is also interested in all aspects of organisational behaviour as a result of her Masters in Organisational Studies.

Cliona is a career and life coach based in Dublin. She specialises in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based therapy which teaches people how to accept difficult emotions which come with life instead of suppressing them and pushing them away. ACT challenges us to be the person we want to be and helps us clarify what we stand for in life.
Cliona has dedicated the last 10 years to studying and researching psychology in order to help her in her own life. It’s her mission to teach other people some of the skills she has found which work best for her.
