She specialises in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based therapy which teaches people how to accept difficult emotions which come with life instead of suppressing them and pushing them away. ACT challenges us to be the person we want to be and helps us clarify what we stand for in life.
