In your Reformer Class, you’ll get a feel for the controlled spring-based machines and perform a series of different movements and postures, some with weights, and adjust the series of springs that control the resistance accordingly.

Cardio Jumpboard: Are you ready to SWEAT? It’s Pilates, just shaken-up! A mash-up of your favourite Pilates moves combined with jump boards – a reformer accessory that allows you to perform plyometric exercises without killing your joints.
High-Intensity Interval training done on and off the reformer with a pumping playlist to push you along the way.
