Odilla’s career in the corporate took a backseat when she had her family but fitness was always in her life since an early age and has always been heavily involved with competitive sport. Through the years, she spent so much time strength-training with Personal Trainers, she decided to have a go at it herself and completed the level 4 Personal Training course. After she tore her ACL and meniscus, she realised how necessary training options like Pilates are to keep the body mobile and posture and form good.
