This is a fusion of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates which is the perfect combination to lengthen, strengthen and chisel the body helping you get the dancers body you have always wanted. With improved flexibility and weight loss. Lauren will push you to your limits using your own body weight as resistance, this barre workout targets the thighs, abs and arms to the point of fatigue. Its deeply challenging but results in improved strength and stability, a toned sculpted physique and better alignment.

Lauren believes that living a healthy, positive and active life will bring internal happiness. And through her classes she loves to encourage this. Lauren has always had a passion for fitness and movement since she started dancing from a young age. She went on to train professionally as a dancer and graduated from Millenium Performing Arts in London, UK. After graduating Lauren became a fully qualified Barre Instructor and loved the fact she could combine her love for dance and fitness into an amazing high energy workout class.
Lauren encourages her clients to push themselves out of their comfort zone, through hard work and attention to form. She absolutely loves to see her clients flourish and achieve results.
