Hannah offers a space to tune into your feeling body and drop out of your thinking mind. Practicing yoga enables an unfolding of things we haven’t processed, tended or allowed to surface. Students at any level can expect an empowering, strengthening yet nurturing and gentle classes. Hannah is a budding entrepreneur, holds a master’s in psychology. She has spent over 200 hours studying Vinyasa Yoga with Steph Wall and has taught workshops and classes for the clients including of Lulu Lemon.
Hannah’s class – Five Senses Yoga – will focus on our five senses of vision, hearing, taste, smell and touch. This will be gentle yet empowering class (all-levels); with invitations to deepen poses by tuning into a dialogue with body. Tending this relationship with movement will nurture a sense of internal balance and overall-health.
