This Cleanse and Purify Class has been designed to restore balance in the body. We will explore Yoga postures and breathing techniques which help to promote detoxification and strengthen your immune system during the cold winter months. The sequence helps to generate warmth and energy from the inside out. Twisting poses are used to facilitate the release of toxins from the internal organs. Twists are woven through this entire sequence from sun salutations to balances. We will use breath work and cardiovascular movement to build up heat and increase circulation around the liver and digestive organs in order to clear any stagnation and enhance the body’s natural detoxification. This Cleanse and Purify Class has been designed to restore balance in the You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. Mary Oliver A peaceful two hour yin yoga practise led by Kitty Maguire to live cello played by Anna Marcossi. Join us for a slow-paced practice of deep opening and surrender to the hypnotic voice of the cello. No yoga experience is needed for Yocella. You can expect, stillness, poetry, storytelling, peace and quiet throughout your practice. This is a self-care practice to support the body when life gets a little too yang, fast and busy. Some people love practicing and playing around with arm balances and inversions- for others this sparks total fear. During this workshop we will make arm balances accessible for everyone. You will learn tips and tricks to give you more confidence in these poses and learn how to progress in a safe way. If you have a strong arm balance practice don't worry you will also be challenged- we will work through a creative sequence linking balances together and learning how to use your body weight to develop control and improve your strength.

Milena will be teaching a dynamic PILATES flow session with emphasis on BreathWorks and dynamic imagery to create and incredible Pilates Class. The class is medium intensity so participants can expect to be warm and limber after this class. Build strength, increase mobility and improve flexibility with this class. Not suitable for injured clients.

12:00: Damy Redmond
Taking the core principles of Pilates mat work and flipping them on their head, Damy will lead you in a fast paced, intense athletic Pilates class. Combining his years as a group fitness instructor and gymnast, Damy merges all of these into one hard core. Bringing strength, endurance and flexibility to the class you are guaranteed to leave sweating, aching but smiling. Cheesy tunes and disco moves might also make an appearance!

13:00: Dearbhla Mitchell
Dearbhla’s Cardio Barre class combines her love of dance and fitness to bring you a fast-paced energetic session. No dance experience is required but the class is high energy with impact and jumping. The class is not advisable for those with injuries.

14:00: Laura Farrington
Join Laura for a 60min energizing afternoon flow that will wake you up and open you out. Laura's classes are a mixture of meditation, mindfulness and dynamic movement Laura will be taking you through some fundamental hip opening postures. She will - with care - move your hip joint through it’s entire range of motion, improve alignment and release all stress and negativity. Expect to feel relaxed and renewed after this fun and refreshing flow.

This is a fusion of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates which is the perfect combination to lengthen, strengthen and chisel the body helping you get the dancers body you have always wanted. With improved flexibility and weight loss. Lauren will push you to your limits using your own body weight as resistance, this barre workout targets the thighs, abs and arms to the point of fatigue. Its deeply challenging but results in improved strength and stability, a toned sculpted physique and better alignment.
