Just what does a KOBOX session entail?
• It is a punch-by-numbers system to make it as easy as possible to learn and master the sweet science of boxing. Six punches. Six numbers.
• These numbers are then arranged to form a series of boxing combinations which are projected on to the studio wall, making it easy for newcomers to get to grips with the basics.
• The class is broken down into rounds. Once you’ve completed a round on the punch bag, you’ll switch to a wall station to perform a series of strength and conditioning exercises. Then you’re back on the bag, and you’ll repeat between the two…
Classes are designed to suit all fitness levels, and all levels of boxing experience, in a fun, safe and exciting environment. At KOBOX you get fit, without getting hit!
