Thrive Festival, which took place this weekend at The Convention Centre Dublin, was a huge hit with visitors who turned out in force. With over 7,000 people attending, Ireland’s most dynamic fitness, wellness and lifestyle festival saw the best of the fitness & wellness industry all in one place for a weekend filled with the good things in life.
Attendees were able to attend over 350 classes including HIIT, yoga classes, Pilates cookery demos, wellness talks and the THRIVE Marketplace over the two days. Thrive Festival sets itself apart by bringing the top wellness trends and topics to Ireland first. Many fitness classes and wellness speakers were exclusively at The Convention Centre Dublin over the weekend where inspiration was found in every corner

Featuring top names in fitness including KOBOX Boxing Club, UN1T, FFS, F45, Boom Cycle, Crossfit 353, Platinum Pilates and Kangoo Jumps, Thrive Festival brought together the best of boutique studios under one roof. With trends in gym use changing, Thrive Festival shows fitness fans just how many amazing options there are for them to choose from.
KOBOX returning for its second year, Shane Collins founder said “I was delighted to have the opportunity to bring KOBOX back to Dublin to Thrive Festival 2020. Holly White, James Kavanagh, Sinead Delahunty and Daniel Davey cooked up delicious wonders on the Thrive Cookery stage while Niamh Cullen, Cliona O’Connor and Milk For Tea had people enthralled listening to their talks. Over 100+ brands were exhibiting in the Thrive marketplace area a strong emphasis on Irish owned businesses including Peachy Lean, Cully & Sully and Ambr eyewear.
Wellness fans can put the date in their diary for the 2021 event with February 27th & 28th set for Thrive Festival which once again returns to The Convention Centre Dublin.
