Eat up the good stuff: Eat a healthy, nutrient-rich diet, as well. Limit sugar, junk foods, and fatty foods. Instead, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, which are full of vitamins and antioxidants, to promote good health.
Sleep to strengthen: Strengthen and build your immunity by sleeping at least seven and a half to nine hours per night. Also, maintain a regular physical activity routine — at least 30 minutes, three times a week.
Just a jab: The flu vaccine is now widely available across pharmacies in Ireland and is one of the best things you can do to prevent getting the flu this season.
Stay santised: Washing your hands regularly is key to warding off germs from other people, keep a small hand sanitiser in your bag for extra piece of mind.
