There are so many unhelpful misconceptions and misunderstandings around decluttering; we need to look beyond the traditional ways of viewing it so we can gain lasting freedom from our clutter.
Unfortunately, we don’t benefit from decluttering if we’re doing it because we feel we should, we are pushing or forcing it or we don’t understand how being clutter-free will change our lives for the better.
The most successful decluttering starts outside of the home. It’s always best to overcome the decluttering thoughts, beliefs, emotions and habits that are keeping us stuck before we start physically decluttering”
Because every area of our lives is interdependent, there’s so much value in learning to understand what our clutter is really showing us so we can create healthy, balanced wardrobes, homes and lives”
Decluttering is best used as a wonderful opportunity to overhaul our self-image, personal style, lifestyle, relationships, finances and shopping, as well as our relationship with our physical possessions.”
