As a practitioner for over a decade, a teacher for over 5 years and a mama of 2, Valerie strives to live the teachings of yoga on and off the mat. Her teaching draws on a rich tapestry of yoga styles to engage with and serve the individual. She will hold space for you to move, breathe & explore your personal landscape.
While working as a lawyer she completed her first yoga teacher training and went on to study extensively with renowned yoga & bodywork educators and has trained in yin yoga, core strength vinyasa yoga, pre-natal yoga and Katonah yoga. Specialising in one to one yoga tuition & workshops, Valerie’s teaching is engaging, challenging yet accessible and always adapted to real life.
