Leonie Lynch is a qualified Advanced Pilates Mat/Reformer and Animal Flow Instructor, who approaches fitness using the wisdom of the body itself. When teaching she focuses on body weight training, movement fitness, and functional performance. Using mixed movement influences as her guide, Leonie imparts proper technique and fully explains the ‘why’ for a better understanding of the importance of proper form in exercise.
Leonie’s teaching and training is set on a foundation of movement principles – alignment, breathing, control, concentration, flow and precision of movement. She has a particular appreciation for women in her own life stage. As a mother of two and a functional exercise specialist in prenatal programming and postnatal assessment and core restore, she has seen first hand the challenges that women go through in pregnancy and postpartum. In her postnatal work, she teaches women how to regain strength and restore the core without doing unfavourable exercises such as planks and crunches.
Leonie is also the founder of Juspy – a functional food company that recently launched Juspy Original – an unbelievably delicious healthy cacao collagen super smoothie.
